Thank you friends for checking out my first post at "Camp and Cottage Living". I hope you'll visit often and we can spend many pleasant days together. Three years ago I did not even know what a blog was. I read an article in a home decorating magazine featuring Penny at "The Comfort of Homes" blog. It was about her beautiful mosaics, of course. Penny's blog had links to other blogs. So naturally I got hooked!
Over these years I have gained so much from visiting your homes. Whether it's a recipe, a new sewing project, a weight loss program, a visit through your gardens, or tips for this and that, I have learned from them all. Now I would like to welcome you into my home where hopefully you will enjoy a wee glimpse of my life here in Canada's northern woods. I have so much to share with you.
Tomorrow I will explain why I chose "Camp and Cottage Living" for my title. And please forgive me for not having my sidebar links activated yet. I forgot to mention that I am completely "clueless" when it involves anything on my computer but e-mail. Please be patient with me.
Until tomorrow,
WELCOME to blogland, my friend

Hi, so glad I got to be your second follower :) Welcome to the blogging world, I'm excited to meet you and read your posts!
ReplyDeleteHi Kimberly!
ReplyDeleteI've found you quite by accident and I'm so happy I did. Joining the Blogging world will open up a whole new world to you as I found out nearly a year and a half ago. I live on a little farm in Kansas but was born and pretty much raised in Manitoba then moved to the mountains of British Columbia where I lived for over 30 years. I know how exciting it can be living in the woods with all the animals that pass by or decide to get into your garbage cans or fruit trees. I miss that. The one thing I don't miss about BC...is all the SNOW! Oh and all the rain although we could sure use some of that right now. Have fun with your Blogging and have a wonderful day!
Maura :)
WElcome Welcome.
ReplyDeleteI totally love blogs that share bits and pieces of the blogger's life - especially when the life is different from my own.
And I love that you just started blogging. I don't have too much to catch up on.

Blogging is so much fun. I get a lot out of it and as long as you don't stress about it, you will too. Love your photos. The bear is kind of scary. Was that right in your yard?
