WORSHIP
Worship is the submission of all of our nature to God. It is the quickening of conscience by
His holiness, the nourishment of mind by His truth, the purifying of imagination by His beauty,
the opening of the heart to His love, and the submission of will to His purpose. And all of this
adoration is the greatest expression of which we are capable. William Temple
OUR PRAYER
God, may we be so much like You, that people can see You in us
and can be ministered to by us.
Help us, we pray, to have hearts
that are pliable in Your hands
that You can mold us to Your blueprint. Amen

I enlarged your picture to see the details, wow!
ReplyDeleteAmazing picture of that glacier. I guessed I missed your post on the lodge. I love the knotty pine paneling. I would love to live in a place like that. It does seem to need a bunch of work though. It is still nice to dream.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day today.
You were in Juneau in 2009? I wish I had known you then - I would have given you a personal tour! The Mendenhall Glacier is one of our favorite places to take visitors. It has receded quite a bit since 2009.
ReplyDeleteLovely prayer as well - thanks!
Something to read and read again - thank you for this devotional.

Hi Kimberly! Oh, this is such a beautiful photo and appreciate your words. That's my desire, for others to see Jesus in me!
ReplyDeleteNo, Roos or Chicks? Oh, my goodness, we've got to change that! :)
Be a sweetie,
