Random Yard Shots
Life is a mixture of good times and bad times, happy moments, and unhappy moments
The next time you are experiencing one of those bad times or unhappy moments that take you close to your breaking point, bend but don't break.
Try your best to not let the situation get the best of you. A measure of hope will take you through the
unpleasant ordeal. With hope for a better tomorrow or a better situation, things may not be as bad as
they seem to be.
The unpleasant ordeal may be easier to deal with if the end result is worth having.
Written from: Timeless Truths Devotional
This devotional seemed so fitting considering the circumstances of the last few days for me. Just letting it go for a couple of days has already given me such a release from the frustration I was feeling.
I want you to know that you also played a big part in helping me find that release. I want to
thank you my friends for your support and advice concerning my dilemma with Etsy.
Your words of encouragement have blessed me beyond words. My prayer is that the
Lord will use me at some time to be a blessing to one of you!
Kimberly, Thanks for the devotional. Words I really need to take to heart as every day new emotions show up as I am dealing with Mother being on hospice. Her days are numbered and the journey to her final home is taking a toil on me. But I know God is with her and with me and everything will be fine. But watching her decline daily is so saddening.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about the stsy dilemma. I have never dealt with selling my goodies except at our 1 annual craft show, so I couldn't give advise. Hope you get things worked out. Thanks for visiting my blog. I am not sure if my memory is correct, but I think you are a no reply blogger?? If I am wrong forgive me. That just means I can't reply to your comments to me. Hoping you have a great weekend.
Hugs,
Angela
I'm happy that you are at peace now.
ReplyDeleteYou are a blessing to me today with the words from the devotional. Yesterday I had to tell myself that things would get better reguarding our 401K... sometime in the future! If I didn't have my faith I'd be a mess.
Have a great weekend. Isn't this moving weekend for your daughter? xo
