Me and Josephine sunning ourselves along the shore of Lake Kluane yesterday. My hubby decided
I should be the one in front of the camera instead of behind it for once.
Josephine was built long before colored photos were available so I thought the black and white was more fitting.
Have a great weekend!
Kimberly
Great shot - love the black and white - good choice!

What a great photo :)
ReplyDeleteYour hubby had a good idea! Nice picture! I hope you have a great weekend, Kimberly. :)
ReplyDeleteLove the pic in black and white, a beautiful shot of you and Josephine:) Glad to hear you are having nicer weather too.
ReplyDeleteThis is a wonderful photo of you and Josephine...love the black and white! Enjoy your Friday and the weekend!
ReplyDeleteLove the black & white. Josephine was my mother's middle name. I'm thinking if I get a vintage trailer that will be her name. I may steal your picture to do something crafty for the trailer. Have a great weekend!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute photo! Josephine looks a little tired, but you look fantastic!
ReplyDeleteLove your choice of black and white. Oh dear...it does look like Josephine has seen better days!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo.
Blessings,
shug
Nice cover for an album, don't you think?...:)JP
ReplyDeleteWhat fun to see you there- and what a neat study in black and white- xo Diana
ReplyDeleteKimberly, thanks for visiting me at Thinking About Home. I popped over to see what you had chosen for Vee's note card party (I recalled your lovely seasonal photos of and around Lake Superior a few months back), and, of course, discovered that you did not have note cards up this time. What I also discovered was your fascinating blog! I had to read back quite a few posts to find out what takes you in Yukon Territory! But read I did...and enjoyed the journey (even though I was going in reverse!).
ReplyDeleteI must say that I am WOWed by your adventurous spirit! I can't imagine myself picking up and moving so far, to a new place and a new set of responsibilities, and far away from my children and grandchildren. (Of course, I am the most unadventurous person I know. Really.) Yes, I am quite impressed.
I will be back to visit you there in the Yukon Territory. That way I can vicariously enjoy your vicariously. :D
Ack! (Take out that last "vicariously" please.) :D
ReplyDeleteAnd replace it with "adventures"! (Sheesh...I really should do a better job of proofreading before I hit Publish!)
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you are like me, always behind the camera. My husband has his own camera now and he very often takes pictures of me while I'm taking photos. That is how I got my latest profile photo.
ReplyDeleteLovely photo in black and white of you and the old boat.
That is a very nice picture. You look so happy.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo! I love abandoned boats and cabins - they always have a story that is itching to be told!
ReplyDeleteThis is a nice photo of you Kimberly! I love the name of that ark like boat!
ReplyDeleteBlack and white photos are always my favorite! Boats are another. . .We had a houseboat when I was growing up on one of the lakes here. It was so much fun!
ReplyDeleteKimberly,
ReplyDeleteyou and Josephine are two good looking gals!
Love the picture!!
Love that old wood boat, and I love seeing your smiling face :)

ReplyDeleteGreat photo of you and Josephine!
ReplyDeleteThat's a nice photo Kimberly, I'm sure if that boat could talk it would have some tales to tell.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend.
