Hello Friends!
I'm back.
Yes, I'm home again.
I can't begin to tell you how wonderful it is to be back in our own little house again!
It was a long journey, for sure.
But, Praise the Lord, we arrived safely!
We have now been home for three weeks.
And I am so looking forward to getting back into the blogging game and visiting all of you again to see how you have been getting on this long, long Winter.
Has it seemed like a long one for you?
I'm beginning to think that every Winter last way too long for my liking.
Take a look at our back yard.....
Yep, still a whole lot of snow happening here.
Does yours yard look anything like mine?
Please let me know, that way we can have a pity party together!
We all know how misery loves company.
Please take care now and I'll be back in a day or two to show you a few of the projects I've been working on these last three weeks.
Blessings-Kimberly
It is nice to see you back. I think that you have a wonderful outing. It will be always pleasant for us once we return to our home only!
ReplyDeleteWelcome back! Well our backyards couldn't be any more different! lol We are already having to run our air and definitely whining about the money it costs to do so! I am anxious to see your projects. Any embroidery ones yet? Enjoy your week!
ReplyDeleteGlad you are back. Have a super week!
ReplyDeleteKimberly,
ReplyDeleteOh no, my yard doesn't look like yours at all!!!! It's beautifully green outside, and flowers are blooming. Even though we don't have snow, I'll support your pity party :-)
It's good to see you back, can't wait to hear about your projects.
I am so glad you made it back home. Your yard is really filled up with snow. That was a very long trip.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are safe. Welcome Home!
What a trek! You have been on quite the journey.
ReplyDeleteMy yard looks a lot like yours and, now that it has been snowing all morning, the trees and bushes are getting a light coating, too.
Looking forward to seeing what you have been up to. Welcome back!
No, thank goodness, my yard does not look like that. Spring has arrived here.
ReplyDeleteWhat a journey, and in winter too, So glad you are safe, and we will all catch up with your news when you have time, Hugs and welcome home.
ReplyDeleteWelcome back ! Hope you enjoyed your big trip and got back safe and sound ! Yup no place like home !! Our yard has some snow but mostly puddles and mud lol ! Have a good week !
ReplyDeleteHAPPY DAY -- your back home in your comfort zone -- but oh my goodness that's a lot of snow to look at.. I have no snow in my yard -- it's been a very MILD winter here in Joseph Or.. Looking forward to see your projects.. and your happy face.. Cheers..
ReplyDeleteHugs
Yay! Glad you're back home again and blogging too. Yes, we have about the same amount of snow here in a lot of areas although not the fresh snow like on your trees unless you live on the coast of NS. Have a nice evening. Hugs. Pam
ReplyDeleteGlad you're back and am looking forward to reading about your trip, projects etc.
ReplyDeleteNo, my place does NOT look like yours. Living in s.e. FL, snow is a super 'rare' event.
Have a nice Easter week ~ FlowerLady
Home is such a lovely place to return to. I'm afraid my yard looks nothing like yours. Here on Vancouver Island we have tulips and daffodils blooming and I'm picking winter kale and planted out onions on the weekend. Not a skiff of snow this winter. That makes me a little sad.
ReplyDeleteYou won't find me complaining about a car trip after I saw how far you drove!!
ReplyDeleteWelcome Back!
Yay! Welcome back, my friend! I can't tell you how happy I am to visit with you :)
ReplyDeleteWow, you still have a lot of snow! Stay warm, dear Kimberly. Hugs to you!
I'm sure you are loving being home. We still have snow, but not as much as you do. It has been melting steadily for awhile now and finally all the gardens are visible.
ReplyDeleteOh happy days, you are back! Now I will try and do a snow removal dance! No guarantee with my two left feet. We have had such a mild winter that everything is blooming early. There's no place like home!, Hugs, June
ReplyDeleteWelcome back, I bet it is great to be back home sweet home.Blessings Francine.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are back! Yes, our yard looks just like yours with a nice fresh 3 inches this morning. It's melting though and supposed to be in the mid 60's by Thursday. Hallelujah! And yes, winters are WAAAYYY too long!
ReplyDeleteIt's so nice to see you back! All of our snow has melted here. I hope it warms up for you there soon.
ReplyDeleteNice to see you!
ReplyDeleteThankfully, our snow is gone now.
It's good to see you back! Looking forward to seeing your photos. I don't know if I should mention it, but the grass has popped up fast here and needs mowing already. Spring has sprung in my area! But, that means lots of work needs to be done. And after a lazy winter, I'm not sure if I'm up to all these tasks!
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter to you!
Glad you're back!
ReplyDeleteSo great to see you back! Welcome home!
