I come to you again, my friends, with another prayer request.
This time it is for my daughter, Emily.
While visiting our home at Christmas time, she complained of
having trouble swallowing and nausea. My mother & sister had
both had esophagus trouble in the past, so I assumed that was
most likely what she was suffering from. Upon doing an ultra-
sound last week, they discovered a black area around one
of her ovaries. She goes for further testing tomorrow. Please
pray with me that it isn't cancer. Many years ago I had all the
symptoms of lymphoma and was told by a cancer Dr. that I was
Stage 4. But when the biopsy came back it was an salmonella
that had spread throughout my lymph nodes. Something that
was very unusual and easily treated.
So I personally know that the Lord can take Man's diagnosis
and turn them completely to not. This is my prayer for our daughter.
I will be back to post asa I have any news. Naturally, I just
haven't had the heart to post lately.
Thank you again for your prayers-I so appreciate them.
Kimberly
Oh what a nasty sneaky attack this time. Sometimes there seems to be no letup. We shall call upon the Lord and remember l Peter 5. Don't you worry about posting or not posting or anything, but taking care of yourself and your family.

ReplyDeleteHey Kim-
ReplyDeleteWell this is tough stuff for sure. We do have a friend who was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor on the kidney. He was seen by different doctors are two leading hospitals. He had to wait a while to do anything and in the end a different doctor took charge, went in and it turned out to be a rare benign tumor. He lived in fear for a year and it came out okay. Not sure how to look at these things but perhaps it was divine intervention.
I'll hold you and Emily close in thought and prayer too.
Prayers out to your family~ Everything will be alright...In Gods name I pray. ox
ReplyDeleteI so hope that everything will be fine.
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts and prayers are with you. It's easy to get all worked out up by the unknown. I know sometimes waiting for the answer can be so frustrating. Try to think good thoughts. I know a black area around an ovary can also mean Ovarian cysts. I am an Ovarian cancer survivor, so feel free to ask me any questions.Positive thoughts are being sent to you and Emily....Linda
ReplyDeleteHi Kimberly, I will definitely uphold your daughter. My sister had ovarian cancer but never had a black spot anywhere-so my hope is that it is nothing that serious. My His stripes completely heal and restore your daughter in Jesus name.
ReplyDeleteHugs today.
